Visa Support for Anuga

If you are travelling to our fair from a country whose's citizens require a visa for Germany, you will need an official invitation letter from Koelnmesse.

In order for us to formulate this letter as precisely as possible, you must provide us with various genuine details. Please complete all of the points listed below. The processing and delivery of your invitation letter is not free of charge. It consumes time and resources. Please consider purchasing a package including an exhibition pass, an invitation letter and postage with a regional representative of Koelnmesse in your country. You will then be contacted and provided with details to receive your official invitation letter with or without a trade fair package.

Would you please inquire about the entry requirements applying to you (e.g. visa requirement) in good time (3 months) before you come to the event. Would you also please carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Koelnmesse will accept no responsibility if you do not receive a visa, you do not receive it on time or if you are unable to travel to the event due to other reasons.

NOTE: If you are travelling to our trade fairs as a confirmed registered exhibitor from PAKISTAN, a Visa support letter is NOT required from Koelnmesse GmbH or it´s Liaison Office based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will need to submit copies of your space confirmation, space invoice and proof of payment to the fair organiser (required even if applied through the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan - TDAP), to the German Missions in Pakistan when you apply for your Visa. - Please provide confirmed (Paid) hotel booking and the address of the hotel you will be staying in, in your Visa application form.

Furthermore, would you please inquire about the other entry requirements applying to you (e.g. Visa requirements) in good time. You can apply for a Visa 3 months or more in advance before your travel dates to the trade fair. Would you also please carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Koelnmesse or it´s Liaison Office in Pakistan will accept no responsibility if you do not receive a visa or you do not receive it on time or due to no visa appointment or if you are unable to travel to the event due to other reasons.
