Enhanced Hall Structure for an Even Better Trade Fair Experience

Anuga 2025 will be held in Cologne from 4th-8th October, featuring a newly designed hall structure. Thematic areas such as Anuga Alternatives and Anuga Organic have been brought closer together to foster synergies and reduce distances between sections. Experience Anuga in a new format – with improved orientation, better networking opportunities, and a clearer overview of global trends.

The most important changes at a glance

Hall 1: From 2025, Anuga Fine Food will share Hall 1 with Anuga Alternatives, which will celebrate its premiere in 2025 as a new trade fair for plant, insect, algae and fungal proteins as well as cell-cultivated meat.

Hall 5.2: The previous hall for Anuga Meat will become the new centre for Anuga Fine Food, which will be directly connected to Anuga Fine Food in Halls 1 and 10.2 and bundle the ‘Fine Food’ area in the south of the exhibition grounds.

Hall 7: The ‘Processed Meat’ area will move from Hall 5.2 to Hall 7. Anuga Drinks can also be found in Hall 7.

Hall 8: Anuga Hot Beverages will also be located in Hall 8 in the immediate vicinity of Hall 7, Anuga Drinks, from 2025.

• The former Anuga Out of Home, which will be located in Hall 7 in 2023, will no longer be a separate trade fair in 2025. The products and services will be integrated into the appropriate segments to promote even better matchmaking.

• In addition to the Anuga taste Innovation Show and Trend Zone, all start-ups will also be integrated into the ‘Boulevard of Innovation’ (Boulevard North) to ensure better visibility and overview for the trade.
