About Miriam Ueberall
Miriam is a visionary strategic leader, believing in the power of partnerships, networks, and diversity of thought to drive the required transformation of the Foods Value Chain for sustainability, regenerative practices, and affordability. Collaboration and empowerment are core values for her. Miriam has spent 22+ years in R&D roles in FMCG companies across the globe, and has a proven track record of organizational transformation, R&D capabilities building, and delivery of innovation and renovation. Amongst others, she has established an International Zone R&D function for Kraft Heinz including building of capabilities for digital R&D, culinary and technical consumer insights, and creation of a long-term technology strategy.
Miriam believes that long-term business and planet impact will depend on technology advancements in the space of Food Tech & Ag Tech. With resources being depleted, climate crisis impacting livelihoods and raw material availabilities, and supply chains being disrupted, novel technologies as much as strong collaboration and partnerships will be mission-critical to stabilize and eventually improve the Food System.
