Bone Broth Bouillon

We use meaty bones, vegetables, some spices, pure water together with our unique technology in order to offer you our broth range.

Our process is identical to a Chef with roasting, simmering, sieving with of course our unique machinery to offer high and consistent quality products.

Assortment available : Beef, Chicken, Veal, Vegetable, Fish in both 500mL and 1L                                                                                                                                             

All our products are made exclusively from natural ingredients. We simply do not use additives. Stocks and demi-glaces are a natural source of protein (up to 40g/L). Our products are paleo and keto diet friendly.
Our production process also allows the extraction of natural gelatin, collagen (up to 34g/L) and amino acids which you will find in high quantity into our products.
We also guarantee all of our products to be below 0,9g/100g of total salt content

Sustainability is at the core of our sourcing policy as our raw material are leftover from other industries that, before SALSUS, were not used further. We turn those ingredients into world’s first class raw material for the professional  kitchens.

Our raw materials are carefully selected for their high quality and freshness. The bones have still a high content of meat left on them that will bring both flavour and colour to our broths and fonds.
