Beyond Sausage’s meat-like texture is a blend of plant-based ingredients. Peas, fava beans and rice provide the protein. Trace amounts of beet lend a meaty color, and coconut oil ensures mouthwatering juiciness. And it’s all wrapped inside a remarkable 100% plant based casing derived from algae.

Through our unique process of braiding together proteins and fats, we're able to recreate the basic architecture, and thus texture, of meat that carnivores know and crave. It's meat that’s made from plants, made for meat lovers.
