The leads collected as part of the Lead Management product are accessible via the event app under
'Networking-Contacts':
- Under 'Company Contacts', authorized users can view all contacts generated by their team.
- The export function allows you to download all company leads as a CSV file – including the information 'First tracker', timestamp and team notes.
- Important Note: Notes from other team members are only visible in the CSV export, not in the app itself.
- The exported data can be used for follow-up or for import into your own CRM systems
To receive your personal push message, visitors must meet two basic requirements:
- Use of the trade fair app
- Consent to receive push messages and location sharing (GPS and bluetooth)
If these two conditions are met, visitors will receive your message as soon as they enter the hall where your stand is located.
In 'Lead Management Select', you can further define whether the message should, for example, only be sent to visitorsinterested in a particular industry or product area.
After booking the relevant product via the Koelnmesse media shop, you will receive an email from our service provider. Thisemail contains a link to the Content Manager, where the content of the push message and the associated landing page canbe defined.
