Build-up and dismatling periods of Anuga
We have summarised the build-up and dismantling times for you clearly in a table.
Please note
The Cologne Marathon takes place on 05 October and the last set-up day is 3 October (public holiday). No set-up is possible after 20:00. Please note that 3 October is a nationwide public holiday, which could affect the traffic situation for trucks in Germany.
Important note on the build-up period
Please note that on 5 October the "Cologne Marathon" is planned and on 3 October there is a national holiday, which might affect the traffic situation for trucks in Germany.
Futhermore we kindly would like to bring to your attention that the deadline for set-up is on 3 October at 8 p.m.The exeedence of this deadline would cause severe costs for the trade fair which will eventually result in higher stand costs in the future.
Important note on the dismantling period
The stand may not be partially or completely cleared, nor may exhibits be packed away, before 6:00 p.m. on 08 October 2025.
In the event of any infringement, Koelnmesse GmbH reserves the right to impose a contractual penalty of up to EUR 5,000 and/or refuse the exhibitor permission to participate in the next event.
