Build-up and dismatling periods of Anuga
We have summarised the build-up and dismantling times for you clearly in a table.
Please note
The Cologne Marathon takes place on 5 October and the last set-up day is 3 October (public holiday).
No set-up is possible after 20:00.
Please note that 3 October is a nationwide public holiday, which could affect the traffic situation for trucks in Germany.
Important Notice Regarding Stand Construction
Please note that 3 October is a national public holiday in Germany and the Cologne Marathon is scheduled for 5 October. Both events may affect traffic conditions for lorry deliveries.
Additionally, no stand construction will be permitted after 8:00 p.m. on 3 October. Exceeding this deadline would incur additional staffing and technical costs for Koelnmesse, which could potentially lead to increased stand fees in the future – something we are keen to avoid in the interest of our exhibitors.
Important Notice Regarding Dismantling
Dismantling or packing of exhibits, either in whole or in part, before 6:00 p.m. on 8 October 2025 is strictly prohibited.
Koelnmesse reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to €5,000 for any breach and/or refuse the exhibitor's participation in future events.
