Beverage compounds

The main ingredients for many beverage compounds are the juice concentrates and flavours that are obtained internally by fruit processing. These are an excellent basis for a wide variety of thirst quenchers - from fruit juices and light lemonades, to tea drinks or shots, to alcoholic beer mixes or cider drinks.

Flavours

In the field of flavours, FTNF flavours (essences), compositional flavours as well as plant extracts are used to develop unique flavour profiles. These are used to create tailor-made solutions for beverage and food applications such as confectionery, bakery and dairy products. Juice concentrates

The portfolio of juice concentrates ranges from fruits such as apples, pears, red berries to chokeberry, sour cherry, grape, rose hip, apricot, plum and vegetable juice concentrates from carrots, rhubarb and beetroot.

In line with the trend towards calorie and sugar reduction, AUSTRIA JUICE is also presenting its innovation of a 100 percent fruit juice with 30 percent fewer calories at ANUGA. For this purpose, the sugar content was reduced in a biological-physical process, while the essential ingredients of the juice are retained and the juice has no off-taste.

Another trend that AUSTRIA JUICE is following in product development are the emerging functional drinks, ranging from whey protein to collagen, used as ingredient to water plus drinks enriched with vitamins and minerals.
