Photo and video recordings you have commissioned:
If you commission photographers or video teams with taking photos or shooting videos on your fair stand, the persons you have commissioned must report to the respective Fair Security Office in charge, Messewache Ost (e-mail: MeWaOst@koelnmesse.de, Telephone: +49/[0]221/821-2550), and present their admission tickets and written commission. This office will then issue these persons with a permit providing them with access to the exhibition halls also after 18:00 hrs.
This method of procedure does not apply if you commission the Cologne Photographers’ Guild (Fotografen-Innung Köln), Frankenwerft 35, 50667 Cologne, E-mail: borhegyi@kreishandwerkerschaft-koeln.de, Telephone: +49 / [0]221/20 70 420, Fax: +49 / [0]221/20 70 445, who are present on the Exhibition Centre premises (Service and Information Center), with your photo and video requirements.
